3.1 CloudySoles™ sells comfort and cushioning insoles and related accessories. We make every effort to display product details, sizing, and images accurately; however, slight variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur due to manufacturing or display settings.

3.2 Not a Medical Device. CloudySoles products are designed for general comfort, cushioning, and support purposes only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a pre-existing foot, joint, or musculoskeletal condition, please consult a qualified physician or podiatrist before use.

3.3 We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

4.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

4.3 We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available. COD may be restricted or unavailable in certain pin codes or states at our discretion, based on serviceability and order-fulfillment risk.

4.4 In the event of a payment processing error, pricing error, or suspected fraud, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, whether or not it has been confirmed.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

5.1 Receipt of an order confirmation email or SMS does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or delivery-area restrictions.

5.2 You may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped by contacting us at [support.cloudysoles@gmail.com]. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return as per our Return Policy below.

6. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

7.3 Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

7.4 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (or via store credit/bank transfer for COD orders) within [2–3] business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product.
